It is more suitable for materials easy to break in water cooling strands pelletizing line and also sensitive to water, which features simple structure, easy operation and convenient maintenance. 

This system includes strand die, air cooling belt conveyer, strand pelletizer and vibrating classifier.

APPLICATIONS:

High filler masterbatches: PP/PE+CaCO₃

100% Biodegradable masterbatch: PLA/ PBAT/+ starch( such as corn starch)/CaCO₃, Talc etc. 

Flame retardant master batch:  PP/PA/ABS/EVA/PBT etc. +flame retardant additives
